Invitation & Context:

Based on ongoing communications, Lendesk has invited Pinnacle Pursuits to propose some unique team-building options and/or help fully manage/host a more immersive overnight destination-based off-site retreat. 

The main purpose of this retreat is to get everyone together post-COVID, connecting in-person once again, and creating a memorable positive experience. 

As of now, the date set is currently June 6th-8th, but it is flexible while still being 2 nights during the week in June. The location/format will either be a unique hotel destination out of town, or a ‘meet-up’ in Vancouver. 

Lendesk is composed of various locations all over Canada in multiple different provinces, operating fully remote. As the bulk of the participants for this retreat are located in Vancouver, Lendesk has chosen this area, the exact location TBD. 

Investment & Budget:

Team-Building Programs: Whether in Vancouver or at a unique out-of-town destination, for a unique half- full day team-building event for a group of your size and requirements (based on the options below), the price range will be $5,500-$9,500 (CDN funds), depending on final logistics and event chosen. This includes full program planning/management, staff/facilitators team, all program equipment/supplies, and five million comprehensive liability.

*Note: Most of our options are portable and can be set-up in any custom location. If you choose a Meet-up format in Vancouver, we like to use Dt Vancouver, Stanley Park, or Granville Island - these all make great locations for team-building events.

Hotel Quote Summaries: As discussed, we have taken the liberty to research a couple of wonderful destination locations (with incredible access to group experiences) that we are familiar with that have enough rooms (plus additional venue space) for your people. These include: 

1. Harrison Hot Springs Resort: $250 - $400 / Night 
2. Coast Chilliwack Hotel: $150-250 / Night 

Additional costs for meals (budget $100-175pp/day), meeting/conference rooms, A/V equipment, etc (ie. budget $750-900/day)

Destination Event Management Services: As discussed, our team offers fully-inclusive event management services, including booking and managing accommodations, meals and transportation, as well as other custom experiences and logistics as required (creating agendas, handouts, pre-event prep kits, giveaways and swag, organization of meetings, conference requirements, evening social events, etc). This price is based on a custom fee plus a sliding scale fee of costs incurred which typically ranges from 8-15% depending on expected responsibilities and scope of work.
