Serious Play

A series of fun indoor and/or outdoor facilitated activity-based team initiatives for groups that require more focus on group dynamics, social interaction, teamwork, and fun! Competition is optional as is the degree of facilitation. Activity choices are customized for each group based on group dynamics and training objectives.

Team Spirit Challenge

An event where the whole group is together in the same area, and teams compete in series of unique high-energy, ‘Survivor-like’ group challenges that require problem-solving, trust-building and creative teamwork solutions! With a fun, strength-based approach, this is a great event for including diverse needs and abilities. Always makes for awesome photos and memories!

Adventure-Play Day

Based on individual hopes and needs, having participants choose their own activity experience is a great way to bring people together with shared interests to connect, play, and celebrate achievements. Activity options include high ropes, low ropes, rock climbing, rappelling, raft-building, orienteering adventure/race, canoeing, archery, and interpretive eco-hike.

Paddle & Play Day

Also available at Camp Pringle in Shawnigan Lake

A unique land & water team-building event that combines your choice of one or several of our land-based activities with either traditional Voyageur Canoes or Dragon Boating. Teams will divide and take turns being on land and on water. They will compete in a series of challenges where teamwork, strategy, problem solving, collaboration, and a playful attitude are key to team and organizational success.

High Ropes

Also available at Camp Pringle in Shawnigan Lake

The high ropes challenge mixes high adventure and impactful learning experiences within a supportive, trusting, and controlled setting. This experience is for adventurous groups ready to embark on a high level of performance in teamwork and growth. Ideally suited for 10-25 participants, 1.5 - 3 hour duration.

Low Ropes

Also available at Camp Pringle in Shawnigan Lake

The low ropes challenge comprises cables, ropes, swings, and wooden platforms built along the forest floor. It is similar to high ropes, but since it's so close to the ground, this challenge does not require the use of harnesses. Team members must rely on each other to work together effectively, plan strategically, support one another and achieve successful benchmarks.

Dragon Boating Adventure

Paddling either 10- or 20-person canoes, and led by a professional team of dragon boat instructors, your group will benefit from the expertise of trained facilitators to help guide them through the basics of dragon boat paddling skills and learn to work together to paddle safely, paddle fast, and have tons of fun!

Amazing Adventure Race

Get ready for a high-impact, adventure-based ‘scavenger hunt-style’ experience! Teams are given a map, legend, course, and clues and compete in a unique team adventure challenge. Teams race through the local trails and beautiful wilderness setting whilst finding and completing strategically hidden and customized checkpoint challenges and team-building initiatives.

Corporate Picnic Adventure Day

Imagine a super fun, interactive, company-wide experience where everyone has the time and space to relax, connect, recharge, and play together as colleagues and/or as families, and at the same time accomplish something uniquely different, where company values are promoted and celebrated, and new friendships and memories are created!

The Marshmallow Challenge Workshop

This indoor design/build challenge is a world renown, fun, and instructive exercise that encourages teams to experience simple but profound lessons in collaboration, creativity, and innovation. This fast-paced activity inspires a shared learning experience, opening up various possibilities to achieve success—or not!

Adventure-Play-Wellness Day

The best mix of of various adventure-based and wellness experiences options from which participants can choose (ie. lantern making, candle-making, personal leadership/goal-setting, clay-work, circle drumming, canoeing, raft-building, archery, and more) that will help get people out of the city and make any experience refreshing, interactive, and fun!

Amazing Adventure Race: Radio Edition

Also available off-site at a location of your choice

Each team splits in two and are given two radios along with maps and clues. The challenge will re quire teams to strategize carefully, make key decisions, adapt as needed, and communicate via radio in order to complete all creative challenges, checkpoints, and problem-solving tasks successfully. This is an intense experience that mirrors working as a remote team!

Icebreakers, Mixers, and Energizers

Also available off-site at a location of your choice

A variety of fast-paced and playful activities. They can provide lively yet meaningful interludes to engage, energize, and motivate your team and help them to connect. It’s a perfect option for meetings, conferences, dinner events or training sessions. Available as a standalone experience (1-2 hours) or in addition to another program.

Orienteering Challenge

In teams, participants learn to use traditional orienteering methods along with a ‘landmark legend’ and a set of guidelines to navigate through their environment towards a variety of creative check point stations (mystery team challenges). They will require teams to plan, strategize, communicate effectively, and regularly re-evaluate their decisions!
