Summary of Your Needs & Logistics:

Number of Participants: Approx 70 - tbd - Grade 11 Leadership
Invitation, Context & Objectives:
Based on previous successful programming, Braeden from Southridge Senior has invited Pinnacle Pursuits to help host their Grade 11 Leadership students at Camp Pringle during their overnight retreat. They will be arriving on Tuesday, October 1st - Thursday, October 3rd. Exact length of programming, goals and objectives are still to be determined and fleshed out in next steps while determining the agenda and activities.
Proposed Program/Activities:
To be discussed, fleshed out and refined as we move forward about goals and objectives, and creating the overall workshop and activity schedule at Pringle.
Investment - Pinnacle Pursuits Budget & Pricing Breakdown:
Based on the group size and the activities chosen, we’d recommend having 7-8 staff. For 7-8 staff, over 3-full days of programming, the budget range is $17,500-$19,500. Budget range depends on the number of staff required, degree of customization and final logistics. Cost includes full program planning, project management, activity equipment and supplies, evening programming, customized leadership workbooks, insurance, and return staff travel and accommodation. It does not include the cost of staff meals, which would be included in your meal order.
To Book your Accommodations & Meals at Camp Pringle:
Typically, to make it easier and cost efficient, a Guest/Client group works directly with the Camp Coordinator for making booking arrangements and the Catering Manager for choosing menus/budgeting meals; resulting in separate contracts and separate invoices. Let us know if you are fine with that, and we can send you contact information.
Optional for Full Event Management, including Accommodation and Catering:
As an option, if easier for you, Pinnacle would be happy to arrange your accommodations and catering, including bookings and payment. These costs would be added to your invoice (TBD) along with a 10% management fee (approx $1,500-2,000). Of course, any costs would require written approval before confirming.
Booking Catered Meals at Camp Pringle:
Typically for a group your size, the catering cost will range from $50-55pp/day for 3 delicious, wholesome healthy meals of your choice. We can connect you with Camp Pringle's exclusive caterer who will give you a menu to choose from.
To help give you an estimate on Camp Pringle Accommodation Pricing:
Either our Pinnacle team or Pringle’s team are available to help you choose your building options. On average, for a group your size, budget $40-$50pp/night for main buildings; option for basic cabins is less.

Break away from the city to the great outdoors by the lake, ‘round the campfire, under the stars, to create lifelong memories! Whether a location of your choice or at one of our partner facilities, activities may include: ropes course, rock-climbing, rappelling, raft-building, canoeing, archery, Wildskills™, orienteering, eco-hike, team-building, and much more!
Interactive Team-Building, Leadership & Life Skills: Portable Workshops
Tailored to meet your exact needs, these inspired custom learning experiences are designed to focus on real-life topics that strengthen Self-Awareness, Group Dynamics, Focus, Goal-setting, Social-Emotional Intelligence, Resiliency, Critical Thinking, Empathy and Personal Leadership & Life Skills.
