Summary of Your Needs & Logistics:
Contact: Nicole Cook
Number of Participants: 10
Date: April or May 2022 - TBD
Location:
The location(s) discussed include Loon Lake in Maple Ridge or the Hart House Restaurant in Burnaby, both venues of which we are very familiar with.
Invitation & Context:
Nicole Cooke from SES Consulting has invited Pinnacle Pursuits to propose a half-day team-building event or a full day that would include a team-building event plus meeting facilitation. There will be about 10 participants made up of senior engineers, executives, and project leads.
Event Vision / Theme / Objective:
Exact specifics TBD. We will be happy to discuss weave in any theme, language or context as needed to align the activity experience and/or meeting facilitation with relevance and meaning to meet your preferred process and outcomes.
Proposed Program & Agenda Flow:
Exact specifics TBD. Based on our initial correspondence and to optimize inclusivity, team spirit, fun, and teamwork we are proposing three options for team-building activities at Loon Lake and one at Hart House Restaurant. These include Serious Play, Adventure Play Activities, and High Ropes.
For adding in the element of meeting facilitation, this will depend on further discussions and group hopes and objectives. For now, we have also included our Interactive Workshops, Training and Facilitation Options to give you a glimpse of workshops we have available and to illustrate our expertise in facilitation.
Please see attached Downloadable PDFs below for additional information.
Investment & Budget:
For a group of your size, typically a half day workshop or team-building event (2.5-3.5hrs) is in the range of $2,000-3,000 (with Serious Play being on the lower end and High Ropes Course being on the higher end). And for meeting facilitation, $2,500-$4,000 for 3-4hrs, depending on pre/post-retreat planning and consulting, and degree of customization. Note: depending on objectives, we may also recommend customizing a pre-retreat engagement questionnaire to help gauge participants needs and feedback, set the tone for content and speed up the meeting process.
Next Steps:
We look forward to your thoughts and feedback, so we can book you in and refine as needed as we approach the event date.
