Invitation / Context / Objectives, etc:
Based on the recent meeting among Blair, Pamela and Jono to discuss the current status of Camp Pringle and the corresponding need for Pacific Mountain Regional Council, United Church of Canada, leadership team to step up to help support improvements and re-growth, the team at Pinnacle Pursuits has been invited to propose a series of operational business processes to help improve and re-vamp key areas of hospitality, sales and event management. These proposal processes include the following:
- THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE CYCLE.
Description: This is a Step-by-Step Guide for Customer Communications, Acquisition and Fulfillment. It includes from the first impression & point of contact to ongoing engagement, event confirmation, onsite management & event delivery, and follow-up.
Templates for each step will be provided. This will ensure efficiency when sending out tailored/custom documents to prospective customers.
- CAMP PRINGLE WELCOME PACKAGE
Description: This is a carefully designed and structured downloadable Camp Information / Sales Presentation. It will reflect a fresh look and feel of Camp Pringle. It will include details of the camp including a full overview with photos, along with accommodation, catering, and programming offerings with respective costs and price ranges to give prospective customers an idea of what to expect. We would anticipate this being 12-15 pages (It may be divided into 3 sections: Camp, Catering, Programming. We may have a cost summary page so it can be easily updated when necessary).
There is the option of having this in a downloadable PDF booklet or as an interactive book style presentation.
- WEBSITE RE-DESIGN & RE-DEVELOPMENT
Description: As discussed, the website is well overdue for a facelift. It should include information about the camp’s history and mission, what it offers, how it works, who it attracts, testimonials, why its important, special programs, and what makes it unique and stand out in the marketplace. Ultimately, the objective is to engage, inspire, motivate and compel customers to call or email to make an inquiry and ultimately choose to book their event at Camp Pringle.
- CLIENT PROPOSAL PRESENTATION - OPTION FOR CREATING A CUSTOM LANDING PAGE FOR CLIENT PROPOSALS
Description: Using the all-in-one award-winning Kajabi Platform, we will create a Landing Page Template into which you can add client information and add downloadable PDF documents when sending prospective client’s information about camp, welcome letters, invoices, etc. Its a simple user-friendly platform that can be updated and ‘tailored’ to each client in minutes. It looks clean, professional, and modern and will reflect the fresh ‘look’ and branding we create through the website. It will also give you an online inventory of all clients to whom you have sent proposal and information about camp. We are happy to show a sample and give a demonstration.
- ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATIONS & SERVICES: As listed in attached SOW.
With this project, along with our 20 years of prior experience working at Camp Pringle, we hope to strengthen our working relationship with the leadership team of the Pacific Mountain Regional Council, United Church of Canada.
