Invitation & Context:
As part of their annual community gathering event to kick off the Fall and School Year, Tyler Epp has invited Jono and his Pinnacle Pursuits Team to propose/host a uniquely fun and memorable, high energy team-building and community building event for Tzeachton First Nations.
Hopes and Goals for this Experience: Exact hopes & Goals TBD. Overall, it could include, having a positive memorable day of engaging, interactive, and most of all - inclusive fun activities! Focus is about connecting, bonding, coming together, working together, building community, celebrating victories, and having a ton of fun!
Proposed Program / Agenda:
Again TBD: (Note: timing can be modified if needed, for anytime of day.)
9-9:30am -Traditional Welcome / Overview / Icebreakers
9:30-9:45am -Create 20-24 teams of 5-6pp, review event rules/guidelines, face paints, team bandannas, create a team chant, etc
9:45-12:30pm -‘Team Spirit Challenge’ Event (with 7-10 uniquely fun activity rotations around the field), accumulating points at each location (includes mid-way water/snack break) with the option of a high energy final 4-way Tug-o-war finale!
12:30-2:00pm -BBQ lunch, Awards, Wrap-up, Celebrate! Woo-hoo!
Investment & Costs:
Cost range for up to 100-150pp for a half day ‘Team Spirit’ Event is $8,500-$11,000 depending on which activities are chosen, degree of customization, and final logistics. Cost includes discussions/consulting as required, project management, program planning and paperwork, required staff/facilitators, staff travel, activity supplies and equipment as necessary, and $5 million comprehensive liability insurance. It does not include costs associated with awards/giveaways, custom swag/bandannas, professional photography/videography, venue/park requirements, etc. (*we can always pre-assign teams and they have to show up in their designated 'colours').

Dragon Boating Adventure: One-Day Event
at Cultus Lake
Paddling either 10 or 20-person canoes, and led by a professional team of dragon boat instructors, your group will benefit from the expertise of trained facilitators to help guide them through the basics of dragon boat paddling skills and learn to work together to paddle safely, paddle fast, and have tons of fun!
