Invitation & Context:
North Otter Elementary has invited Pinnacle Pursuits to host a full day, beginning of the year celebration for their grade 7 students to help them bond with each other and build leadership skills.
Cost / Investment:
The cost for this program has been confirmed at $4,250.
Initially quoted: Typically for a one-day, 3.5-4.5hr start-of-year high energy, memorable team-building event at your school or local park for about 60-120+ students, it costs $4,250-$5,750 based on final logistics, group size, length of day, permits needed, etc. ($48-70pp). This includes any upfront discussions as required, planning and paperwork, full staff team, team-building activity supplies and equipment as necessary, $5 million comprehensive liability insurance, and full program set-up/take-down and management.
Note: If we were to host it at Loon Lake you’d need to also
consider bus transportation, plus site rental fee + lunch at about $40pp. Also, at Loon Lake, we wouldn’t have time to give all students an opportunity to experience all activities.

Loon Lake Adventure: One-Day Program
Make it an an awesome out-trip to our partner facility Loon Lake Lodge & Retreat Centre in Maple Ridge. Choose from a ton of amazing activities like high or low ropes course, rock-climbing, raft-building, eco-hike, canoeing, archery, Wildskills™, orienteering, team-building, and possibly a campfire!
Earth & Water - Land & Sea:
One-Day or Multi-Day Experience
A unique ‘big’ canoe experience and team-building event that combines your choice of one or several of our land-based activities plus either traditional Voyageur Canoeing, First Nations Canoeing, or Dragon Boating. Custom learning themes can focus on the elements of the historical and cultural significance, leadership education, and/or teamwork dynamics. Option for overnight expedition.
Dragon Boating Adventure: One-Day Event
at Cultus Lake
Paddling either 10 or 20-person canoes, and led by a professional team of dragon boat instructors, your group will benefit from the expertise of trained facilitators to help guide them through the basics of dragon boat paddling skills and learn to work together to paddle safely, paddle fast, and have tons of fun!
