Invitation & Context:
Judo BC has invited Pinnacle Pursuits to propose a team-building / outdoor adventure program (activities TBD) at Loon Lake.Â
Proposed Program & Budget Summary:Â
Based on learning and development objectives, number of youth in each age group, and group dynamics, we suggest either a full group event (lie Team Spirit), or several CYOA (Choose Your Own Adventure) Activities that students can choose/rotate through in groups of 12 so maybe having 2 groups) - like archery, raft-building, orienteering, rock-climbing, low ropes, rappelling (2 staff required) or high ropes (2 staff required). Â
Cost is $675/staff for a minimal of 2 staff for a full day. Weâd be happy to charge you for a half-day afternoon program at $550/satff for 2-3 staff. This includes all project management, equipment, and comprehensive insurance coverage.

Overnight & One-Day Adventure Camps
at Loon Lake Lodge & Retreat Centre, Maple Ridge
Break away from the city to the great outdoors by the lake, âround the campfire, under the stars, to create lifelong memories! Whether a location of your choice or at one of our partner facilities, activities may include: ropes course, rock-climbing, rappelling, raft-building, canoeing, archery, Wildskillsâ˘, orienteering, team-building, and much more!Â
Loon Lake Adventure: One-Day Program
Make it an an awesome out-trip to our partner facility Loon Lake Lodge & Retreat Centre in Maple Ridge. Choose from a ton of amazing activities like high or low ropes course, rock-climbing, raft-building, eco-hike, canoeing, archery, Wildskills™, orienteering, team-building, and possibly a campfire!
Team Spirit Challenge:
Portable One-Day Event
Inspired by the TV show Survivor, and filled with 8-10 unique challenges, this high-energy, all-inclusive, competitive event is a great start-of-year or end-of-year event to celebrate your schoolâs culture, build community team spirit and bring out the best in everyone!Â

Tailored to meet your exact needs, these inspired custom learning experiences are designed to focus on real-life topics that strengthen Self-Awareness, Group Dynamics, Focus, Goal-setting, Social-Emotional Intelligence, Resiliency, Critical Thinking, Empathy and Personal Leadership & Life Skills.

Earth & Water - Land & Sea:
One-Day or Multi-Day Experience
A unique ‘big’ canoe experience and team-building event that combines your choice of one or several of our land-based activities plus either traditional Voyageur Canoeing, First Nations Canoeing, or Dragon Boating. Custom learning themes can focus on the elements of the historical and cultural significance, leadership education, and/or teamwork dynamics. Option for overnight expedition.
Dragon Boating Adventure: One-Day Event
at Cultus Lake
Paddling either 10 or 20-person canoes, and led by a professional team of dragon boat instructors, your group will benefit from the expertise of trained facilitators to help guide them through the basics of dragon boat paddling skills and learn to work together to paddle safely, paddle fast, and have tons of fun!
