Proposed Program Summary & Estimated Budget:
For 90 students over several days, based on your objectives of team-bonding and fostering richer group collaboration, we would most likely propose having them in combinations of larger groups and smaller groups (ie. activity groups of 12) to optimize experience with budget. As far as the costs, it is based on our final activities and schedule. To make it easy, we charge approximately $650/day/staff, with a minimum of 2 staff (this includes our overnight accommodation and meals). Some activities require less, some more, based on safety ratios of 1:12 or 2:12. So for full value, we’d recommend a full day program, or 2 full day programs. Thus, for a program for 90 students, depending on what we do, you can more or less budget for 7-9 staff which works out to be about $50-65/student/day ($4,500-6,000/day).
