Proposed Program Summary & Estimated Budget:
For 55 grade 7 students for one day, based on your objectives of having a full day of unique outdoor activities, to meet quality industry ratio standards, we would propose organizing them in 5 groups of 11-12 for 4 activities (as we discussed) during your stay. The students would choose their 4 top activities out of 5-6 choices, especially if you are choosing to also work with Wild & Immersive. As far as the costs, it is based off our final activities and schedule. To make it easy, we charge approximately $650/day/staff, with a minimum of 2 staff (this includes our onsite meals). Some activities require less, some more, based on safety ratios of 1:12 or 2:12. Please refer to our Sample Agenda for proposed Activity Scheduling.
